Here Xiaomi score Little more points due to Snapdragon 650 on Mi Max so we think Xiaomi is better between both the devices.

Both the phones runs on the same operating System Android 6.0.1 but Motorola use Stock Android user interface. On the other hand, Xiaomi’s using MIUI 7 user interface. Now it is up to users, which device they want to buy or not, which skin or user interface can work better for them.
