Focal: The Camera App in Development under Cyanogenmod

The Cyanogenmod project, namely Nemesis that has been in the talks from a couple of days.The company is developing an Camera app named as Focal, that would replace the default Camera app in the custom ROM.

In terms of design it takes it’s feed from somewhat the Android, but according to them are developing more interactive features for users to enrich the entertainment for taking pictures.The people from geek.com got an hands on treatment of the app, which is in early stafes, Focal. So you could get a glimpse how the app really works and how does it feel and look. You could see the video.

Users would only see one button, that would be the default shutter button.As off not many tweaks of the app are known. Just the regular ones, like swiping an object in image to focus it, and pressing the shutter button to take multiple shots. However we could see the app and it’s functions in the coming days as they roll out the app soon.

CyanogenMod has also started working on Android 4.3.
