LG Optimus F Series Announced; Includes Optimus F5 and Optimus F7

It seems like LG is now unveiling new mobile devices and series like Samsung. After unveil of LG Optimus G Pro, Optimus L II series now they have announced Optimus F series.  This new lineup include two devices, named Optimus F5 and Optimus F7.

LG’s newly announced the Optimus F Series is capable of 4G LTE on both the devices Optimus F5 and Optimus L7. Specwise the Optimus F5 is a 4G LTE smartphone which consists a 4.3-inch IPS display powered by a 1.2GHz Dual-Core processor and with battery backup of 2,150mAh. There’s 5-megapixel rear camera bolted along with a 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter, 8GB built-in storage, expansion via microSD card slot, fueled by 1GB RAM, and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

  • Processor: 1.2 GHz Dual-Core
  • Display: 4.3-inch IPS (256 ppi)
  • Size: 126.0 x 64.5 x 9.3mm
  • Memory: 8 GB / 1 GB RAM / microSD (up to 32GB)
  • Camera: 5.0 MP AF / 1.3 MP
  • Battery: 2,150mAh

LG has quoted that they will launch this device in second quarter starting from Europe and than over to worldwide. [divider]

Coming onto LG Optimus F7, it offers a 4.7-inch True HD IPS display and  is powered by a 1.5GHz Dual-Core processor.  It also runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. It is boosted by a large capacity 2,540mAh battery for long lasting performance. There’s 8-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras. Its also have a 8GB built-in storage with 2GB RAM, microSD card slot and advanced UX features.

  • Operating System: Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2
  • Processor: 1.5 GHz Dual-Core
  •  Display: 4.7-inch True HD IPS (312 ppi)
  • Size: 131.7 x 68.2 x 9.6mm
  • Memory: 8 GB / 2 GB RAM /microSD (up to 32GB)
  • Camera: 8.0 MP AF / 1.3 MP
  • Battery: 2,540mAh

Currently there’s no information available regarding LG Optimus F7 pricing and availability but they say  ‘soon after F5 rollout‘. Checkout some images below:

So now all things are coming out of the wraps from LG ahead of MWC 2013. So we hope there will be many launches by LG at MWC.
