Experiencing the heat of Reliance Jio, which deployed hurricane with its Pan-India LTE network bolstered by the VoLTE technology, other Indian network providers too started providing the VoLTE service. The last ISP to roll-out the service in majority of circles was perhaps, Idea. However, currently only few devices are capable of utilising VoLTE service under Idea Network. Those devices are listed below categorized on the basis of their manufacturers.
Note: Make sure you’ve updated the device to latest available software and VoLTE switch is enabled under Settings.

Well, that’re all the devices supporting Idea VoLTE as of now officially. The list should expand in coming days as more and more devices get the support via software upgrade. Moreover, below devices can expect an update soon bringing the VoLTE support.

N.B: Idea VoLTE is serviceable in following areas currently.
Maharashtra ( Including Mumbai), Goa , Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, Assam & North Eastern States.

Sir as i am using idea still no volte service i am using samsung s8 still no volte facilty jio and airtel is offering volte but in idea no volte ..
Unfortunately, among Samsung devices only J7 Pro supports Idea VoLTE as of now. We can expect an update soon for the Galaxy S8 and other eligible Samsung devices bringing Idea IMS settings.
FYI, me too have Samsung devices (Note8 and A8+) with the Idea SIM inserted, just like your case they don't support Idea VoLTE either:).
