Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Could be Recalled Again

In wake of recent event of flames from Note 7, Federal Aviation Administration and Consumer Product Safety Commission in the US can ask Samsung to recall the Note 7 again. According to a Bloomberg report, this sentiment is shared by two former U.S. safety officials.

“If it’s the fixed phone and it started to smoke in his pocket, I’m going to guess there’ll be another recall.”

– Pamela Gilbert, former Executive Director of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission

Recently, a user of refixed Note 7 found flames from his devices while he was travelling on a Southwest Airlines plane. Now, The Louisville Metro Arson Squad is currently in possession of the device, working with Samsung, FAA and Consumer Product Safety Commission representatives to determine the cause of the explosion and if it is a replacement Note 7 as the phone’s owner claims.

So, if found or confirmed that the phone was refixed Note 7 than Samsung has to recall Note 7 devices second time.
