Samsung going to Showcase its Hum On!, Waffle and Entrim 4D at SXSW 2016

Samsung is going to Unveil its three secret projects from C-Lab—an innovation program that helps its employees to nurture their own creative business ideas. Namely Hum On!, Waffle and Entrim 4D. These three projects will enhance the use of your smartphone in making music, social network and Virtual Reality experience respectively.

Hum On! is a mobile app that convert your hummed melodies into musical scores. In detail Hun On! works as you record your Hummed melodies at that time instantly this app convert your melodies into the musical notation and then play it back to you. You can also choose your arrangement like R&B, classical or rock. After compilation you can share this on social networks and you can even add this as background music in videos.

“For hundreds of years, music has only been created by a select few, but that will no longer be the case,With Hum On!, we aim to provide a platform where anyone can turn their inspiration into great music.”  – explains David Choi, Creative Leader of the project.

You can also watch the video to understand more accurately about this new app.

Coming to Waffle it is the new social media or we can say content sharing platform which enables users to create a new feed of expandable content, means that the person who did not publish the content can also add to existing related content, as if contributing to a communal graffiti wall.

“Waffle enables users to add their own perspective to someone else’s content, and vice versa, These doodles, images and messages converge into entirely new content.”- says Joseph Kim, Creative Leader of the project.

This platform is made keeping in mind some of the common limitations of the present social media platforms. Namely, they only allow users to individually publish content. See the Video below to understand the concept of this platform thoroughly.

Now at last we come to Entrim 4D it is the a Motion Headset an accessory to the Virtual Reality with this you will not just able to see through the Virtual Reality, Now with Entrim 4D you can feel it what you are seeing in VR headset.

“Virtual reality shouldn’t be experienced only with the eyes,With Entrim 4D, we hope that people can experience VR the way it was meant to be—with their whole bodies.” –  says Steve Jung, Creative Leader of the project.

Entrim 4D Using a combination of algorithms and Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation (GVS) a technique with which we can send electrical messages to a nerve in the ear. To ensure the best possible VR experience software engineers and biomedical engineering experts, have conducted experiments on more than 1,500 people and developed 30 different movement patterns.

Now you can also see the video see the difference on humans with Entrim 4D and without it.
