Vivo Y55A Spotted On TENAA With Octa-Core Processor

China being one of the largest smartphone markets in the world, a good share of our information about upcoming devices comes when they are spotted on TENAA, the Chinese smartphone regulatory authority and we have another one to add to the list. An upcoming device from Vivo named Y55A has been spotted at TENAA.

The device is a mid ranger and comes equipped with an octa-core chipset clocked at 1.4 GHz paired with 2 GB RAM. Other features include a 5.2 inch HD display, camera duo with 8 MP rear camera unit with an LED flash and a 5 MP front facing snapper. On-board storage memory is 16 GB, expandable via a micro SD card. A 2650 mAh battery keeps the device going on Android 6.0.1.

The device measures 147.9 × 72.9 × 7.5mm and weighs 142 grams. As of now, the only color option listed on the website is Rose Gold.
