Google Holding An Event On September 15 In India

Google has sent out an invites for an upcoming event on September 15th in India. We can think it off that it is going to be Android One related event and Google will announce the first Android One devices from Micromax, Karbonn and Spice.

The invitation shows images of blocks, and the invite reads “Block Your Date for an exciting new announcement from Google.” As per the invite the event is going to start in the Noon. As for now, Google didn’t detailed out any other information about the event but they will provide more information in some upcoming days. Except the Android One program, which is slated for Developing nations with smartphones at cheaper rates is expected to take off from India can be a one reason but we can also see a strategy plans of Google on how to manufacture the Android One based smartphones.

Android One devices will be under $100 and will run on latest Android version with all the necessary or above necessary hardware. At Google IO 2014, Sundar Pichai, Senior Vice President of Google said that Android One will be made available in the September or October months and the dates are here. SO there’s  a great possibility that Google will launch its Android One project on September 15th event.
