OnePlus 3, 3T Getting OxygenOS 4.0.3 Update in India

OnePlus is rolling out minor OxygenOS 4.0.3 update to OnePlus 3, 3T in India. OnePlus has claimed that the update has included some much needed fixes.

Talking on forums, OnePlus stated that the new update packs stability fixes over last Android 7.0 Nougat update which translates into Oxygen 4.0.2. The changes include WiFi support, stability for Camera app, improved audio recording and more. It also carries an optimized exposure feature for clicking pictures at night time.

Here’s the official changelog:

 

  • Added Wi-Fi IPv6 Support toggle
  • Optimized Smart Wi-Fi Switcher, if turned on, device will switch to data connection if Wi-Fi signal is consistently poor
  • Fixed crashes for Line
  • Increased stability of the Camera app
  • Optimized exposure when taking night time photos
  • Updated Audio Parameters and improved the quality of audio recordings
  • Updated APN settings for select carriers
  • Amazon Prime App will be pre-installed for India Users

It is going to be available via OTA, and will be available in small updates in some upcoming days.
