Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge Will Be Launched Today With Limited Supply

According to the statement of Samsung’s mobile head J.K shin, limited supply of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on launch could frustrate the sale. That was a kind of warning from company’s mobile head for users who was eagerly waiting for the disclosing of the device. Shin revealed the reason behind that, according to him, due to device’s unique curve display, it’s production yield was very bounded. So may be company will not be able to supply according to the demand.

Although company is working very intensely to sort the problem but it will take a while to resolve ‘supply’ problem .Reviews of Galaxy Edge S6 and regular S6 was great and idea of curve display was praised by so many people. This flagship is meant to be the fulfiller of disappointments of S5, as we all know S5 was not up to expectations of people and also it received huge criticism. Failure of S5 and due to other competitive landscape like Apple’s iPhone, had definitely damaged the well built reputation of the company in every aspect.

Large sales of Galaxy S6 will solve company’s financial issues and help in other businesses, as the sale will be held world widely with home-grown Exynos chips inside. As we know, every device of the company has unveiled with new Samsung chip inside as company has gone for Qualcomm Snapdragon processors over Exynos so that they can build a status in North American market. By doing this company has spent its semi-conductor division millions upon millions of chip sales.

In this way, Samsung will end their so called trend, as they are kaunching their flagship in 20 countires on April 10.  So if you have not pre-ordered it yet, then you can do it now.

0

Today, Twitter announced that it will now publish trending topics under the search page on its mobile applications. It means Twitter is now ditching their #discover tab and from now, you can’t see it on Twitter. However, they are replacing it with something more interesting that is ‘Tailored Trends’. It is nothing but an improvised trend section with little description of each trending topic.

twitter replaces discovered tab with tailored trends

This new feature of Twitter of highlighting trending topics will help user to find interesting tweets as well as it will save their precious time. However, descriptions of the new feature added by Twitter is quite similar to the illustrations given by Social Networking Giant Facebook, when they launched their version of twitter’s trending topics, back in January 2014.

By doing this, Twitter can increase number of people to access their products and get more people participating in their new trends as well. On previous version of Twitter, discover tab was shown at the bottom navigation bar but new ‘Tailored Trends’ tab will appear on top of the screen when you click on the search icon. Clicking on the one of trends will show you the latest and top tweets by media and people you follow about the topic. And on further exploration will show the wider information about that trending topic.

This new update of twitter will do the actual work of discover tab which was not utilized correctly. The update had already arrived on iOS and Android but no announcement has been made yet for its update on web. But according to the reports, company is looking for this replacement on web as well.

Cyanogen based smartphone has got more than expected users and sale of this device is still going on reaching the peaks. One Plus 2 was previously expected in Q3 2015. Now as per reports, launch of this device has been shifted to Q4, some reports revealed. Possible reason for this shifting in release date of OnePlus 2 could be that already OnePlus is facing difficulties in fulfilling large demand of OnePlus one and launching another such great device may put company in pressure and crises. Also, company will be expecting more sales of OnePlus One before launch of another higher level smartphone which will of course downgrade the sale of OnePlus One. Probably, company is looking for some more income and benefit from OnePlus One, before launching its successor in market.

Company has not revealed anything about details, features, colours, variants, prices and release date of this device. But we are expecting that company will soon put a flash on some details of this smartphone. For more updates about this device, put your attention on GoAndroid.

Google’s ‘GMeet’ Could Exterminate Teleconferencing

According to the reports, Search giants are now testing their new meeting service app ‘GMeet’, also referred as Google Meetings. After the release of video calling with Google Hangouts, Google is now looking for the replacement of regular teleconferencing call with their new app. It was first noticed by Google+ user Florian Kiersch. Kiersch managed to show us some screenshot of the working of that app

According to the information fetched by him, this app will help you to schedule a new meeting and to see the schedule of the meetings for that day. Moreover, you can also join the meeting that are in progress. Although, Google is currently monitoring the service inside the company, so only employees of the company can have the access to that app. Kiersch said “it will be an android app , but it will be available on web via Chrome extension.

“Login currently appears to be limited to Googlers, so it’s only possible for Googlers to create events,” Kiersch wrote. “It’s possible to join as a guest though, given you have an event code or know one of the participants.” It is still ambiguous that whether this app is for business applications or it is just an internal company tool to handle meetings and events.

“I assume there might be an announcement soon, if this is meant to become a consumer product,” Kiersch said. As Phandroid points out, searches for GMeet and Google Meeting “pull up interesting anecdotes and code snippets from as far back as 2011.”According to the Website, most of the code references are available in the new version of Google Hangouts.

So, it is believed that GMeet might be based on Google hangouts but some new features will be added for business purposes.
