Realme Narzo 20 starts receiving new Realme UI 2.0 beta update with January 2021 Security Patch

Last month, Realme has reportedly started the Realme UI 2.0 open beta program from the Realme Narzo 20 smartphones. Now, it started rolling out the Realme UI 2.0 Beta update on the RMX2191_11_C.04 Firmware version. The update weighs nearly 340MB in size and rolling out to the Indian Beta enroll users.

As stated by the changelog, the update appears with the January 2021 Security patch update, bug fixes for known/reported cameras, issues, optimizations, improvements, etc. Besides these, there’s nothing in this update.

The Beta update is also spinning out in a phased manner and as a result, you may need to wait for a couple of days to experience the update. To manually check the update status, navigate to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates. Interested users, can follow the below process to enroll in the Beta program on your Realme Narzo 20.

Note: As this is the Beta program, it might include certain risks and plenty of bugs. So, thinks twice before enrolling in the program.

How to Apply for the Realme UI 2.0 Beta Program

  • At first, unlock your device and head to Settings
  • Navigate to Software update and tap on the Settings icon t the top right corner
  • Now, select Trial Version and tap on “Realme UI 2.0 Early 2.0 Early Access for Realme”.
  • Submit your required details and apply now.
