Realme Pad receives EEC certification, launch imminent

Realme Book and Realme Pad have become hot topics for the medium segment market. After doing some excellent job with smartphones, Realme moved to other technical products like earphones, earpods, and power banks. Now, the brand has decided to enter the laptop and tablet industry too. In the last couple of months, many rumours were circulating on the internet regarding tablets. Many brands are coming up with their tablets and Realme is one of them.

Realme is launching the Realme Book Slim on 18 Aug in China and India, and there is the possibility that they may launch the Realme Pad. Realme Pad launch date is not yet official. However, Realme Pad has just got the EEC certification, which affirms the imminent launch of the tablet.

The tablet is listed on EEC with model number RMP2103. Apart from the model number, nothing major was found via the certification. Another device with a similar model number (RMP2102) was spotted earlier in July. We don’t have the exact specs of the device, but there are some rumours about specifications that may power the device.

Rumored specs

According to previous rumours and reports, Realme Pad features a 10.4-inch screen and a giant 7,100 mAh battery. The device measures 246.1 x 155.8 x 6.8mm in dimensions and would be available in both WiFi-only and WiFi + 4G options. According to the images surfaced online, the device may come with stylus support and the colour options would be gold and grey. The base model of the device is reported to be a 6 GB + 64 GB variant.

This was all the information available about the device for now. We have to wait for the launch to confirm all the rumors including the pricing information.
