Samsung Attacks, Accuses Apple For Infringing Its Patents

Its now Samsung turn to attack on Apple, Dr. Yang, electrical engineering professor at Harvard testified that Apple is infringing various Samsung’s patents in its iPhone. He gave description, first, 460 patent which is described as to send out pictures via email. But Apple answered it and asked Yang about one of Samsung’s trial documents, in which the company was to list all of its own devices that used the patents in question.  Later On inventors of the ‘460 patent told that invention’s creation had been destroyed. After that he covers patent which quickly find pictures on a photo album in smartphones.

Currently all things are not yet over, proceedings will proceed soon. So. Apple attorney Bill Lee might have scored a point with the jury during his cross-examination. Lee got Yang to admit that he had not seen evidence that Samsung used any of these features in its phones.
