Earlier this year, Samsung released Galaxy A7 (2017) across several markets worldwide. The company has finally launched the device in its home country of South Korea. The handset will be available for pre-order starting today via SK Telecom, one of South Korea’s largest mobile carriers.

As far as specs are concerned, the Galaxy A7 (2017) packs a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED FHD display. The device is powered by Samsung Exynos 7880 processor clocked at 1.80GHz with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage.

The Galaxy A7 (2017) sports a 16-megapixel camera on the rear as well as front side. The handset comes with IP68 certification for dust and water resistance and packs a 3,600mAH battery.

The main highlight of Galaxy A7 (2017) is its in-built support for Bixby Home which provides relevant and contextual information in a card-based layout. However, Bixby voice assistant functionality is not available on the device, at least for now.

The Galaxy A7 2017 is available in Black Sky, Gold Sand and Peach Cloud colors with a price tag of 588,500 won ($514 approx). The device is currently available for pre-orders at T World.
