Samsung Galaxy S III to Retain Home Button

The latest piece of rumor from the Galaxy S3 rumor mill is regarding the design of the device itself. According to Korean Digital Daily, the phone-maker Samsung has no plans to discard physical front-facing buttons as it has done with the Galaxy Nexus for Google. And the device will now go with a 5 column Note like UI layout, compared to the 4 columns we have on Galaxy Nexus and other Android flagships.

Apparently the decision went all the way to the wire, with the final choice only being made as the Galaxy S3 entered production. According to the same source, the phone will be available as early as May.
