Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge gets December Security Patch now rolling out

Samsung Has started to roll the December security patch for the last year’s flagship device off the S series i.e Galaxy S7 Edge. The Galaxy S7 Edge is continuously receiving the security patches. The latest security patch fixes various security loopholes and will make your device more stable in terms of security.

The Galaxy S7 international variant gas started to receive the update. Recently, Galaxy S7  Edge on Verizon networks has received the update. We expect the same update to rollout soon on the Galaxy S7 variant also. Even, other Smasung Galaxy devices are yet waiting for the December security patch.

The new build number NRD90M.G935FXXS1DQL1 is on the rollout and it weighs just 26 MB in size. ALong with the usual changes, it also packs, performance optimisations, bug fixes for better device usage.

We suggest you to charge up the device to up at least 65% for smooth installation of the udapte. Also, you can switch to WiFi networks if you have any issues or limit on your carrier network. It will let you to save additional costs from carrier on your data limit.

You can manually check for the update by just heading over to the Settings menu. then you can hit about menu to check for the update.
