Samsung Rolls Out April Security Patch for its Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge in India


Samsung is rolling out Android security patch for the month of April on its Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. The update is also packed with some other performance improvements and bug fixes.

Although Samsung did not rolled out March Android security Patch on both its phones. Coming back to this Update it weighs around 169.79MB in size on Galaxy S7 and 176.49MB in size on Galaxy S7 Edge. Recently Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge also got April’s Android Security Patch in India.

The update is rolling out as OTA, So it may take time to reach each and every unit in the country. If you did not get the update notification on your phone than you can check it manually by going through Settings>>about phone>>software update.
