Samsung Might Use Fingerprint Sensing On Wearables

Samsung had already introduced the Fingerprint sensor on its latest flagship device, Galaxy S5. USers of the device can use the Fingerprint Sensor for unlocking purposes and using it as signature for transactions via device. Now, its time for wearables as few reports are suggesting that next wearable or smartwatch from Samsung could gain Fingerprint sensor.

It’s a great news for the Samsung Fan Boys as it will be an introduction to a new chapter in the wearables market. But what will be the purpose of Fingerprint sensing on a wearable? What it can do on a smartwatch? It’s a big question. Currently the Sensor’s developer Synaptics has not revealed the use but we have to wait for it.

On the other side Apple is using fingerprint Sensor on it’s all new upcoming devices as revealed by KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
