Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact hitting the US on Feb 27

Sony has announced that Xperia Z series latest flagship devices, Xperia Z5 and Z5 compact are going to hit the U.S. market on February 7th.

Sony Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 compact are priced for $599.99 and $499.99 respectively, the two smartphones will be available unlocked and will support GSM networks. The handsets will be sold unlocked with support for AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks. Both the devices will be available through Amazon as well as Best Buy, B&H and others

Additionally, Xperia Z5 includes a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal memory, microSD slot, a redesigned 23MP camera sensor that can shoot 4K, 5.1MP front shooter, fingerprint sensor built into the power button, and a 2,900mAh battery. On the software front, you get Android 5.1.1 (Marshmallow is out) out of the box.

Sony Xperia Z5 and compact version both are on sale in various countries like UK. Recently, Sony has unveiled Pink color variant to Xperia Z5 lineup.
