According to the research of a web analytics firm StatCounter, Android Overtakes Windows in Worldwide OS internet usage market share. This is because the Smartphones are easy to carry at any place and now days on Android Phones you can do all thinks which you want to do on your Desktop PC.

According to the web analytics company Android has the 37.93% market share in Worldwide OS internet usage. Whereas Windows slips to the second spot with 37.91%. However, when we breakup this Worldwide stats we see the Android gained this top spot because of its Asian users.

In North America Windows (all versions) maintained its lead across all platforms with 39.5% share in March followed by iOS (25.7%) and Android (21.2%). It’s a similar story in Europe where Windows (51.7%) is more than twice the level of Android (23.6%). However, in Asia, Android is on 52.2% compared to 29.2% for Windows.
