According to recent report from Net Market share, months ago announced, Google Chrome is now gaining some space on Android platform. Chrome for Android accounts 4.03 percent share for month of November among browsers. For iOS, the usage is still negligible, but at least Android users are moving over to Chrome

This slow gaining popularity is due to its compatibility only with Android 4.0+ running device. means still large chunk of Users still can’t access or install Chrome for Android.

Overall Chrome is very profitable for Google as its drives search traffic, revenue and much more.
