Huawei Y6 2017 launches with 5″ display and Android 6.0 Marshmallow

After, Huawei Y3, it’s now time for the Y6 2017 for launch. Today, huawei has launched another mid level device with 5 inch of display and Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board. Huawei Y6 2017 further packs 2 GB of RAM and powered by MediaTek MT6737T 64-bit quad-core processor.

Further, it is equipped with 16GB of expandable storage and a 3,000 mAh battery. There’s a 13 MP shooter on the front side and 5 MP on the backside. There’s a dual LED flash to cover the accurate photos in the night or low light areas. Along with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, there’s a Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI) 4.1 skin on the top.

Huawei is now catering to mid range market, rather than showing off high end devices. It seems, Huawei now wants to cater to the mid range category for more profits.

The device packs support for 4G networks and has WiFi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and microUSB 2.0 port. The device dimensions are measured as 143.8 x 72 x 8.45 mm and weighs 150 grams.

The Huawei Y 6 2017 is slated for launch in the Europe first, and France is the country to begin with for Huawei.
