As stated by the changelog, both the updates especially don’t incorporate any new features or major changes apart from the latest security patch. However, we can expect bug fixes and improvements from security updates. Below is Google’s bulletin on its official security bulletin page about what the March security patch includes.

The most severe of these issues is a critical security vulnerability in the System component that could enable a remote attacker using a specially crafted transmission to execute arbitrary code within the context of a privileged process. The severity assessment is based on the effect that exploiting the vulnerability would possibly have on an affected device, assuming the platform and service mitigations are turned off for development purposes or if successfully bypassed.

The company advises users to switch over to a WiFi network before downloading the update to avoid additional charges. To check the update manually, head to Settings>About>Software updates.
