Nokia 6 crosses one million registrations on Amazon India ahead of August 23 sale

Just a couple of months ago, Nokia announced Nokia 6 along side Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 for the Indian consumers. While all three smartphones fall under the mid-range segment, Nokia 6 is the best smartphone offering from the company. In order to sell Nokia 3 and Nokia 5, the company opted for offline retail channels whereas Nokia 6 was listed as Amazon exclusive.

In a recent statement, Amazon India confirmed that Nokia 6 has just crossed one million registrations on Amazon India. It is to note that only registered users are eligible for the flash sale starting August 23. In case you are planning to buy the smartphone, you must register before the sale begins.

Nokia 6 brings some decent specifications at an affordable price point. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage, which is further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.

In the camera segment, the handset packs a 16-megapixel rear snapper along with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. Both cameras come with f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash. The smartphone packs a 3,000 mAh non-removable battery and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. The device will be available to purchase for INR 14,999 starting August 23.
