Official: OnePlus 2 Coming On July 27th in Virtual Reality Launch

OnePlus has confirmed the launch of its new smartphone which is expected from past few months. As per the OnePlus they will launch OnePlus 2 on July 27th in Virtual Reality and the launch is going to be the first of its kind.

As rumored earlier, OnePlus is using Snapdragon 810 (v2.1) in its latest device. OnePlus is confirming the specs of second gen OnePlus day by day. Today, company confirmed that it will be packed with USB- C type. Similarly, more specs gonna be revealed in few upcoming days.

Further Oxygen OS will be on the top of the board and it is optimised to reduce the heat of the Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor. Earlier, snapdragon 810 has got many heating up issues in devices like HTC One M9 and LG G Flex 2. So now OnePlus is using Graphite and thermal gel to dissipate the heat.

“A VR launch lets you stand right next to our team and our fans as we unveil our new flagship,” company co founder Carl Pei said in the announcement. “You’ll be able to look around as you check out the phone in a new way and maybe even find a few hidden Easter eggs. It’s a new way of thinking about a product launch. We aren’t talking at you; we are talking with you.”
