Samsung Galaxy J5 receiving April Security Patch update

Samsung has started the rollout of April Security patch with build number J510FXXU2AQC1 for Galaxy J5 (2016). The update packs April Security patch with some security fixes and performance tweaks.

The update build J510FXXU2AQC1 does not pack any kind of new feature. It is just addressing the bugs that were fixed in recent Google’s April Security patch.

The Galaxy J5 was released in April 2016 with some decent specs. It packs 2 GB of RAM, Snapdragon 410 processor, 5.2 inch display.

The update is going to arrive pretty soon on your devices. You can head over to the Settings Panel>>About Menu>>Check for update to manually check for the update. Also, make sure you are connected to WiFI network and have decent amount of battery left.

Anyone from here who received the update ?
