Samsung Galaxy S8+ starts receiving October Security Patch in India

Although it’s november, But Samsung now Starts rolling out Android Security patch for the month of October in India. Earlier last week Samsung has rolled out October security patch on both Galaxy S8 and S8+ in South Korea.

The update is rolling out with the firmware version G955FXXU1AQJ5 in India. It includes the some performance improvements and bug fixes along with the security patch. Which fixes 215 vulnerabilities in the Android operating system. The update is also packed with some other changes which includes stability-related, and are for the launcher and DeX mode.

The update is currently rolling out in India over the air. So if the update is not popped up on your phone don’t panic it will reach you in couple of days.
