Samsung pushes Android 12 update for Galaxy S10 Lite

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, launched along with Galaxy Note 10 Lite is one of the favorites and best options for Samsung fans in the budget segment. It got a lot of attention but was soon got overshadowed by the Galaxy S20 FE. Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite was having all the flagship features on a budget.

The Device has recently started receiving the new Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update. The update is live for the units with model number SM-G770F. Currently, the update is for the Spain region, but soon it will be available in other regions too. Just like the updates for other Samsung devices, this one is also receiving the latest December security patch.

The update carries firmware version G770FXS6FULA and the latest Android 12. With Android 12, the update brings a lot of refreshes to the One UI on the device. It brings the new Material You, widgets, privacy and security features, and many more. And with the One UI touch, these features give an exceptional experience. Samsung has applied the new color scheme to its primary system applications. However, Galaxy S10 Lite is an old device, So, some features might be available on the device.

If you own a Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite in Spain, you might have received the notification for the update. Or else, you can check for the update manually. For checking manually navigate to Settings > System updates and check for the update. You can also download the update from Samsung’s official website and install it on the device.
