Samsung rolling out June security patch for Galaxy J2 Prime and Galaxy C9 Pro

Samsung has started to rollout June security patch for two device, Galaxy J2 Prime and Galaxy C9 Pro. Samsung is rolling out the update Over-The-Air (OTA) to both the devices. The update packs various new enhancements to fix the security fixes.

The new update is bumping the software build to G532GDDU1AQE3 on Galaxy J2 Prime. If we talk about the Galaxy C9 Pro than it packs software build to C900FDDU1AQE6. Google has packed all the security loopholes addressed at the Google forums.

Google has already rolled the update to Nexus and Pixel devices. Eve, Samsung pulled up the socks and has started the rollout to many high end devices.

Well, if you own Galaxy J2 Prime or Galaxy C9 Pro then you can check for the update. In order to manually check for the update, you need head over to the Settings menu>>About>>Check for the update.

Also, do backup your personal data for any mishappening. Do charge your device above 60% and switch to Wifi network to save additional charges on your carrier.
