Twitter App For Android Receives Update With Profile Header Images And Photo Streams, More

Twitter today rolled out update for its Android App. There’s several changes that occurred by update including the addition of profile header photos and a photo stream feature. Here’s more changelog:

  • New profiles with header photos
  • Photo streams on profiles and events
  • Pinch-to-zoom on photos
  • Search suggestions for people, topics and hashtags
  • Improved protected account management including the ability to accept or deny follower requests
  • Other improvements, polish, and fixes
While the changes haven’t spread to the site, it’s pretty clear Twitter really wants to upgrade both its reputation and user experience.

Download it in the Google Play Store.
