Galaxy S9 series Android 10 Update with One UI 2.0 starts rolling out in several countries

Samsung Galaxy S9, S9+ starts getting Android 10 update along with One UI 2.0 in various countries. Android Security Patch for January 2020 is also included in the update. Galaxy S9 update comes with the build number G960FXXU7DTAA, and Galaxy S9+ update comes with build number G965FXXU7DTAA. The update on both the devices weighs about 1.7 GB in size.

The update is packed with the January Security Patch that includes 35 improvements for the Android operating system. It packs all the goodies of Android 10 including dedicated Dark Mode, enhanced animations, new navigation gestures, and upgraded One-Handed Mode. Along with all these new features, Samsung also rolled out One UI 2.0 that changes the full user interface of the phone.

Currently, the update on the Galaxy S20 series is rolling out in the US, India, Germany, UK, Romania, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium.  However, we recommend you that make sure you’re on a stable WiFi network before start downloading and installing the update.
