Google+ for Android updated with Hastags and Richer Snippets

After Desktop version of Google+ refreshes, Now, its time for Mobile and Google has released an updated version of Google+ for Android. New Version of G+ includes the obligatory bug and performance tweaks you would expect in an update, hashtag support within the Google+ stream and added improved sharing for 3rd party applications.
