Heat Test: Snapdragon 801 Vs Snapdragon 810 Vs Snapdragon 815

Snapdragon, a prominent and most trusted player in the Mobile Processor and Chipset industry. Earlier, many tests showed that Snapdragon 810 was running more relaxed, but somehow in HTC One M9 it showed 132 degrees Fahrenheit. Later many tests were done on the devices having the same chipset, but all were saying it’s running regularly. Let’s see how it ranks in the fight of Snapdragon 801 Vs Snapdragon 810 Vs Snapdragon 815.

Now, Qualcomm has introduced new Soc Snapdragon 815. Qualcomm tested the three processors Snapdragon 801, Snapdragon 810 and Snapdragon 815 at their internal facility. The chips were placed in three separate devices with no cellular radio, a 5-inch screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920, and 3GB of RAM. Note that the absence of antennas and receivers means that in a real-world application, all three chips will run a little warmer than seen in the test. We should point out that the Snapdragon 815 has not yet been released. The heat results are as follows:

So now its clear that Snapdragon 815 users not have to go through the heating issue that is faced by the users of the Snapdragon 810 and 801 SoCs. Currently no date is give about the unveiling of the Snapdragon 815.

So, we think in the fight of Snapdragon 801 Vs Snapdragon 810 Vs Snapdragon 815, Snapdragon 815 is winning.
