LG Q6 is set for August 10 launch in India, will be Amazon exclusive

Just last month, LG Electronics introduced LG Q6 as its latest addition in the mid range segment. The device is said to be a downgraded variant of LG G6 and offers some premium features at an affordable price tag. The smartphone is now scheduled to be released in India as Amazon exclusive. LG Q6 will go for sale starting August 10. It will be available in Astro Black, Ice Platinum, and Terra Gold color variants.

The company did not reveal price of the upcoming device. However, the official teaser indicates that the device will be priced below ₹ 20,000. The main highlight of LG Q6 is its 5.5-inch FHD+ Full Vision display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the mid-range offering from LG packs a 13-megapixel main camera along with a 5-megapixel wide-angle front camera. It is fueled by 3,000 mAh battery and runs Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box with LG UX 6.0 skin on the top. Other specs include  4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack.
