Google starts pushing July 2020 Security Patch update to Pixel devices

It’s just been the start of July and we already saw some major OEMs like Samsung rolling out July security patch update to their smartphones like Galaxy A70. We were anticipating the forthcoming update for the Pixel devices which has finally arrived. The latest July 2020 security patch update has started rolling out to all Pixel devices except the original Google Pixel.

This is a minor update and only upgrades the security on your Google Pixel devices, therefore, you should not expect any new features or improvements to the smartphones. The update being a minor one does not mean that you should overlook downloading and installing it. We always emphasize the importance of security updates to bring fixes to threats and vulnerabilities on your Android smartphone.
