Poco M3 Pro aka rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G appears on Bluetooth SIG

Xiaomi is creating a little suspense for its new upcoming device. Last week, a couple of smartphones were listed on FCC certification named Poco M3 Pro (M2013K19PG) and Redmi Note 10 5G (M2013K19G). The mist is transparent now as the Bluetooth SIG certification confirms that PocoM3 Pro is nothing, but a re-branded Redmi Note 10 5G.

The Chinese giant unveiled Poco M3 in November last year powering Android 11 based MIUI paired with Snapdragon 662. So it is clear what we can expect from the Pro version of the device. Also, this could be the first midrange 5G phone by the company. Let’s see what the new Redmi Note 10 5G has stored for us.

Redmi Note 10 5G Specifications

The Redmi Note 10 5G will feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with 1080×2400 pixel resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits peak brightness. The phone will house a punch-hole at the top center.

Xiaomi employed an octa-core processor based on MediaTek Dimensity 700 (7nm) chipset for the smartphone. It will power the Android 11 OS-based MIUI 12 operating system paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Regarding the Camera, Redmi Note 10 5G may equip a triple rear camera module indulging a 48MP primary, 2MP macro, and a 2MP lens to measure depth. On the other side, the model might carry a single 8MP snapper in the punch hole camera.

The new smartphone can ship with a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support over a Type-C port. Also, it may indulge a side-facing fingerprint sensor for security. Concerning connectivity, the Redmi Note 10 5G will support Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC along with an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass sensors.

Availability and Price

Redmi is launching the device in dynamic color variants of Chrome Silver, Graphite Gray, Nighttime Blue, and Aurora Green with a price tag of around 15,000. Since the Redmi Note 10 5G has made it to the Bluetooth SIG, it might launch anytime soon.
