Samsung announced 128GB/256GB storage tiers of the Galaxy S9/S9+

A few months back we all have witnessed the launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ handsets. The devices were only made available in the standard storage version of 64GB’s but recently Samsung had made a new announcement. Samsung has just revealed the two new storage versions of the S9 and S9+ devices. They will be made available in the U.S starting from 1st of May, What’s new in these versions? These two versions of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ has an internal storage support of 128GB’s and 256GB’s which is simply impossible in the standard version. You may be knowing that the Galaxy S9-series is not compatible with the expandable storage, unlike the previous Galaxy S7-series devices. Due to this major concern, Samsung has decided to launch these new versions with mammoth storage. It is a relieving news for those who were looking for the new storage tiers of the Galaxy S9 devices.

All other specifications are exactly similar, the only difference lies in the storage capacity. The 128GB and 256GB version of the device will be made available in all colors including Lilac Purple, Coral Blue, and Midnight Black. These storage tiers of the devices will give a tough competition to the existing iPhones. The pre-orders for the devices will start from 1st May through Samsung.com and will be made available on 18th May exclusively from Samsung’s website.
