Galaxy A6 and A6+ Officially got listed on Samsung’s Indonesian Website

We have earlier shared almost all possible leaks and rumors about the Galaxy A6 and A6+ handsets from Samsung. Nearly all of their specifications and design elements got leaked online before the launch. Samsung has just unveiled these devices by listing them on their Indonesian website as coming soon. The devices pack some great set of features like Infinity Display and much more. Let’s check out some detailed information about the two handsets.

These devices are not flagship but by any means are not less than a flagship. The displays of the devices are not totally bezel-less but are Infinity which makes them feel premium. Both devices have a curved Metallic design which looks super high-end.

Samsung Galaxy A6

Galaxy A6 is a cut-down version of the A6+ and comes powered by an unknown Octa-Core(64 bit) processor clocked at 1.6Ghz coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device will be made available in 32GB/64GB of ROM variant expandable up to 256GB’s via micro-SD card. It runs on Samsung Experience UI based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

In the front, it possesses a 5.6(inch) Super AMOLED HD+ Display with a resolution of 720 x 1480 pixels and its aspect is 18.5:9 ratio. In the Camera department there is a single 16MP rear snapper with LED Flash, Aperture f/1.7 and in the front, a 16MP shooter with Aperture f/1.9, LED Flash is present. A Fingerprint Scanner is there on the rear panel, however, it supports Face Recognition as well. The battery capacity of the device is at 3000mAh and the device has a USB type-C port. Its dimensions are 149.9 x 70.9 x 7.7mm.

Samsung Galaxy A6+

Galaxy A6+ comes powered by an unspecified Octa-Core(64 bit) processor clocked at 1.8Ghz coupled with 4GB of RAM. It will be made available in 32GB/64GB ROM versions expandable up to 256GB’s via micro-SD card. It runs on Samsung Experience UI based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It possesses a mammoth 6.0(inch) Super AMOLED Full HD+ Display with a resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels and its aspect is 18.5:9 ratio.

In terms of Camera, there is a Dual-setup in the rear comprising 16MP(Aperture f/1.7)+5MP(Aperture f/1.9) shooters with LED Flash whereas in the front a massive 24MP snapper with Aperture f/1.9, LED Flash is given. It can be unlocked through Fingerprint Scanner or Face Recognition. The battery capacity is comparatively larger at 3500mAh and has a USB type-C port for charging. Its dimensions are 160.1 x 75.7 x 7.9mm.

Both devices support Bixby Assistant and the Live Focus mode that brings Bokeh effect is limited to the Galaxy A6+, so no portrait shots on Galaxy A6 for now. Samsung has not yet revealed the official pricing as the website is showing the devices as coming soon. The devices will be made available in multiple regions including China, Russia, Europe, Middle East, etc. For more updates, we have to wait for further revelations
