Samsung launches Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 in India

As a part of its venture to make the A-Series, a $4bn worth brand in India, Samsung has released three new Galaxy A devices in India. The all-new Galaxy A10, A30, and A50 are official in the World’s 2nd largest smartphone market today. It’s raining smartphones from the firm all these days, isn’t it?

The Galaxy A50 is the most-feature packed and powerful among the three, while the Galaxy A10 least capable. As you can deduce the Galaxy A30 fills the gap between them.

All of the new Galaxy A-series models feature Super AMOLED display panels, but with different resolution. There are is also Android Pie out-of-the-box along with Samsung’s One UI on top. Samsung has tried to price them aggressively though not as aggressive as its Chinese competitors.

Samsung Galaxy A10 Specs

Coming to certain highlights of the devices. The Galaxy A10 comes with 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display. It’s powered by Exynos 7884 SoC which comprises of 2x Cortex A73 high-performance cores. Coupled 2 GB RAM and 32GB internal storage the device is priced at INR 8,490. For photography, it has 13MP rear camera and 5MP selfie shooter. To Keep its light on there is a 4000mAh battery. The device comes in red, blue, and black color options.

Availability of Galaxy A50

It’s the first device from Samsung to feature high-performance cores below INR 10000. It is available for the price of INR 8,490.

Samsung Galaxy A30 Specs

Now moving on to Galaxy A30, the device sports a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. Powered by Exynos 7904 SoC you shouldn’t have any issue playing slightly heavy games and tasks. It comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of storage variants. Dual-camera setup on the back, rear-mounted fingerprint reader and 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging are some other highlights of the A30. However, Samsung will be selling only the 4GB/64GB storage variant of the A30 in India.

Availability of Galaxy A30

It will be available in the same colors as the A10 and carries a price tag of INR 16,990 (~$240).

Samsung Galaxy A50 Specs

Finally, the Galaxy A50 – it is the most attractive Samsung mid-range which was launched today. Its main USP should be the in-display fingerprint reader (Optical one). Also, the fact that it’s powered by 10nm based Exynos 9610 chipset will attract heavy users in this segment. Other specs include a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display, triple cameras on the back, 4GB/6GB of RAM and 4,000mAh battery.

Availability of Galaxy A50

It will be sold in white, blue, and black color options for INR 19,990 (~$280) for the 4GB/64GB variant and INR 22,990 (~$325) for the 6GB/64GB variant.

We hope Samsung Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50 will make their own mid-range market in India.
