Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) starts receiving First security update

Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) which was launched earlier this year starts receiving its first security update. The update includes the May’s Android Security Patch and currently rolling out in Europe.

The update packs with May’s security Patch which includes 54 patches provided by Google. 11 from Samsung alongside a number of other performance and stability enhancements. Although there is no major change in the phone other than the security patch.

Update is rolling out as OTA in Europe. It will take couple of day to reach each and every unit. So don’t panic if the notification is not popped up right now. However, you can also check for the update manually by going through the settings>> about the phone>>Software updates.

We recommends you that do charge your phone upto 50% before start installing the update on your phones.
