Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, Xcover 4 recieving June security updates

Security updates for the month of June are under way for Samsung. The Korean smartphone giant is rolling out security patches for many devices this month. Today, they are rolling out a new update to the  Galaxy Tab S3 and Xcover 4 devices. The new update brings in many new changes and security enhancements.

Now we have the Galaxy Xcover 4 which is receiving the patch with build number G390FXXU1AQF8. The IP68 certified phone launched in April 2017 already runs Android 7.0 Nougat. These bug fixes patch will make the experience with the device much better and it is worthwhile to download.

The second device is the high-end Galaxy Tab S3 from the Korean Giant. The patch for the tablet weighs 300 MB and adds the latest fixes to the Nougat running device. The build number for the same is and T820XXU1AQF3.

The Xcover is a waterproof phone powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 7570 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and a 2,800 mAh battery.

While the Galaxy Tab S3 was launched at MWC 2017. It rocks a 9.7-inch QXGA 2048×1536 pixel display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB or RAM and 32 GB of storage. It is juiced up with a 6000 mAh battery.

As per usual, you should charge your devices adequately, log on to a reliable Wi-Fi then hit the update button.

Also, you can check manually for the update by heading to the about menu in Settings panel.
