On April 2021, Samsung unveiled the Samsung Galaxy F12 smartphone in India. The smartphone runs on One UI 3.1 based on Android 11 out of the box. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution. Underneath, it features the Exynos 850 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64/ 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. On the optics side, it sports a quad-camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor. A 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and two 2MP sensors assist the primary sensor.

Upfront, it features an 8MP sensor that sits inside the punch-hole. A 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging backs the Galaxy F12. Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, dual SIM, USB Type-C port, and FM and sensors include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, accelerometer, and virtual proximity sensing.
