Verizon Galaxy A21, J3, J3 V, S10 5G, LG G8 ThinQ, V50 ThinQ 5G finally start receiving June 2020 security patch. The June Security patch contains 25 improvements for the Android system and 29 improvements for Samsung’s own applications and interface. Along with these, there are also some performance optimizations for your phone.

The update doesn’t contain any major new features other than the security patch on any phone. The update comes with software version QP1A.190711.020.G977UVRU4CTEA for Galaxy A21, PPR1.180610.011.J337VPPVRS7BTF1 for Galaxy J3 (3rd gen), PPR1.180610.011.J337VVRS7BTF1 for Galaxy J3 V(3rd gen), QP1A.190711.020.G977UVRU4CTEA for Galaxy S10 5G, G820UM20e for LG G8 ThinQ, and V450VM20d for LG V50 ThinQ 5G.

Verizon says the update started rolling out as OTA and will reach each and every user in few days. If you did not get the update notification, don’t panic it will be on your phone in some time. Moreover, you can check it manually by going through the Settings > About device > Software updates.

However, before start downloading the update make sure you’re on the stable WiFi network. Your phone should be charged up to 50% at least.
