Xiaomi soon rolling out MIUI 8 7.7.13 beta update, changelog published

Xiaomi is preparing for the MIUI 9 launch next month, it is not verified whether they are launching it next month or not. Well, the thing about which we are sure is the new changes in the upcoming MIUI 8 7.7.13  beta. There are several changes that have been added by Xiaomi in this latest build.

As per the official thread over at the MIUI forums, new version of the ROM will carry refined lockscreen, notification bar and status bar.

Further, developers have also improved the fluency of the folder opening from home screen. It has improved the overall reaction time of the touch after tapping the folder on home screen.

The last but not the least is the bug fixes of major problems. Here’s the official changelog of the device:

1) Lockscreen, Status Bar, Notification Bar – Changed the underlying code of status bar.
2) Home Screen – Improved the fluency of opening folders.
3) Bug fixes

Currently, it is not clear, on which device this new version of MIUI 8 will find home. We hope that most of the devices will get this latest update on their devices. Namely devices can be Xiaomi Redmi 4, Xiaomi Redmi 4X, Mi max, Mi Max 2, Redmi 3s, Redmi 3 prime etc. It would be rolled out to various countries like India, China and few other nations.
