Europe will soon be getting the Galaxy S5 LTE-A and we have some important news if you’re planning to buy one. The European variant of the S5 LTE-A comes with the model number SM-G901 has gone through all the mandatory tests and benchmarks. It will however be missing out on the QHD screen and will instead boast of a full HD display screen.
Samsung’s current flagship, the Galaxy S5 mini boasts of a 5.2″ screen, with its LTE-A European version offering a resolution of 1920 X 1080. Under the hood lies a Snapdragon 805 chipset with 2 GB RAM (instead of 3 GB as on the Korean variant) and a quad-core processor clocked at 2.5 GHz. Other than that you have Adreno 420 GPU and 16 GB of storage memory.
No news is yet out on the availability of the device but since the device has gone through the benchmarking process, we guess it wont be very long before the device is out in Europe.
