LG Extends G6 warranty to 24 months free of charge

LG extends the warranty of its flagship device “LG G6” up to 24 months without any charge. This move from LG is inspired by Samsung’s Guard S8 program.  The LG’s new warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage like cracked screens. It simply extends the normal warranty to two years, covering manufacturing defects – like bootloops. Fittingly enough.

If your defective device is cover under the warranty, you will get the new LG G6 with 2 business days. To get the extended 2 years warranty on LG G6, you have to register within 90 days after your purchase on LG’s official website for this. Moreover, If you’ve purchased an LG G6 prior to June 15, you’re still eligible.

LG G6 packs 4 GB RAM and has two variants of either 32GB or 64GB which is basically your choice. It has a 5.7 inch display and a corning Gorilla Glass too. LG packs Snapdragon 821 processor to power the LG G6.

LG G6 has a the latest trend of dual-camera which 12 megapixels, one with a 125 degree lens for broad angle shots, and the other one for regular shots i.e 71 degree lens. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and packs lG custom UI over the top. It packs high body to screen density.
