Mi TV Stick launched in India at Rs. 2799, sale starts from August 7

After several rumors and gossips, finally, Mi has officially launched Mi TV Stick in India at a price tag of Rs. 2,799. The device will go on sale from August 7 at 12pm via Flipkart, Mi.com, and other major online stores. The TV Stick is made available only in the black color option.

Mi TV Stick is powered by a quad-core Cortex-A53 Chipset coupled with ARM Mali-450 GPU. It packs with a 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android v9.0 OS and it can be connected to TV directly via USB drive. The Stick measures 92.4×30.2×15.2 mm and weighs around 28.5 grams.

The Stick hosts a remote which brings support for Google Assistant voice controls and Chromecast devices. The buttons on remote are designed in a round shape with Google Assistant voice support, navigating mouse, and Netflix, Prime is also included. The connectivity options of the device include Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, HDMI input, etc.

Moreover, the device also supports Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Disney + Hotstar, Spotify, HBO, and many more apps. Besides this, there are nearly 500 apps loaded which are loaded limitedly in the Google Play Store. Additionally, there’s also a data storage option through which you will be knowing the status of consumed data.
