Moto X30 Pro arrives on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC

The Lenovo-owned company will hold an event on August 2 to mark the launch of its next flagship smartphone: Moto X30 Pro. The same device is likely to launch as Moto Edge 30 Ultra in the global market. Ahead of its official launch, the upcoming device has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarking website. Let’s take a look at the key details of the device revealed by the listing.

According to the Geekbench portal, the Moto X30 Pro bears the model number XT2241-1. The device has managed to score 1252 in the single-core round and 3972 in the multi-core round. Further, the listing reveals some specifications, including processor, operating system, and storage configuration. In addition, the company has also confirmed the charging details of the device.

Under the hood, the smartphone will draw power from Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The processor will be paired with a 12GB RAM model. However, we can expect the company to introduce more storage options as well. On the software front, the device will boost Android 12 out of the box along with a layer of MyUI on top.

Apart from the details revealed by the Geekbench, Motorola has revealed that the Moto X30 Pro will support 125W of fast charging. Unfortunately, the battery capacity is still undercover. Although, the rumors claim it could pack a 4500 mAh or 5000 mAh battery. Also, the phone will support wireless charging as well.

Further, the leaks suggest that the phone will feature a 144Hz 6.73-inch pOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. Besides, the teasers reveal a triple-camera setup on the back. The module can consist of a 200MP primary unit, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto camera on the back. On the front, it can house a 60MP camera for selfies.
