New Nexus 7 Officially Announced

Google has officially announced New Nexus 7 tablet and it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro 8064 processor with a 2MB L2 cache clocked at 1.5GHz.

It packs 7″ LCD high-definition is 10-finger capacitive touch screen with 1920×1200 resolution. There’s 5MP rear Camera and 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera along with Bluetooth 4.0, and come preloaded with the suite of Google tools and programs.

It is also packed with Android 4.3 and all its luxuries like Multi user. The new Nexus 7 measures 7.9 x 4.5 x 0.3 inches, making it nearly 6 mm less wide than the previous device. Its LTE compatible Tablet.

Its the tablet which have the highest resolution at 7 inch display having 323 pixels per inch which is purely amazing. New Nexus 7 has improved battery backup which can survive upto some more hours.

It is packed with new audio system which will provide new surround sound called Fraunhofer audio technology.

For students, Google announced Google Play Text Books, a way for students to get their books purely digital, no more 400 page door stops. It will launch in August.

You can buy 16GB Nexus 7 at $229.99. The 32GB Nexus 7 carriers a heftier $269 sticker price. It will be available in US, UK, France, Australia , Japan, Germany and some other countries from couple of days from now. Other Countries will be added soon.

In US it will be available via several carriers like Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

Android 4.3 also launched.
