Samsung Galaxy A31 receiving February 2021 Security Patch update

Recently, Samsung released a couple of new updates for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Note10, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy A12, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy J6 Plus, and many other devices have received new updates. Now, the company started sending the February 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy A31 devices. Identified by the Firmware version A315FXXU1BUA1 is rolling out in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Caucasus markets.

At present, the changelog of this update is not available. So, as it a Security update, it might also include bug fixes, enhancements, improvements, etc. This update is only meant to increase Security patch level and smartphone’s performance.

If you are from any of the above region, a notification will appear automatically if the update hits your device. Alternatively, you can also head over to Setings>Software updates and check for update to manually check the update.
